Danielle K. Trest
Danielle Trest is an Associate in the Atlanta office of Kabat Chapman & Ozmer, where her practice focuses on employment law and commercial litigation.
Before joining KCO, Danielle served as a Staff Attorney to Justice Gregory C. Cook on the Supreme Court of Alabama. In that role, she carefully evaluated complex legal issues arising from business disputes, employment matters, and other high-stakes civil litigation.
Earlier in her career, Danielle clerked for Justice Sarah H. Stewart on the Supreme Court of Alabama, developing a strong foundation in appellate procedure and practice. Together, these experiences gave her a deep understanding of how courts approach and resolve challenging legal questions — a perspective she now brings to her practice at KCO.
