Nikesh Amin

Nikesh Amin is an Associate in the Atlanta office of Kabat Chapman & Ozmer, where he handles commercial litigation and employment disputes.

Before joining KCO, Nikesh served for two years as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph Dawson, III of the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina where he worked on a broad spectrum of civil and criminal cases at all stages and assisted with numerous complex civil trials.  He then served as a law clerk to the Honorable Nancy G. Abudu of the U.S Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit where he continued to sharpen his skills engaging with complex, novel litigation and appellate issues.

Nikesh graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he served as a Research Editor on the South Carolina Law Review. He also received the Joseph O. Rogers Bicentennial Fellowship Award and Outstanding Pro Bono Award.  Nikesh also completed his undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina, where he graduated with honors.
