Michael D. Kabat

Kabat is a founding partner of KCO, serves as the firm’s managing partner, and leads the Firm’s labor and employment practice. He has over 30 years of experience in management-side labor and employment law with a heavy emphasis on class, collective, and representative action litigation. Kabat also regularly advises clients on labor relations issues as well as day-to-day employment disputes. Adria Harris

Harris, an associate at the firm, advises and defends employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. She defends businesses against lawsuits involving employment discrimination, advises on and litigates wage and hour disputes, and conducts employee misconduct investigations. Harris is a member of the Langston Bar Association and serves on the Black Women Lawyers Association’s Young Lawyers Committee. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee and her law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she was a member of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program. 

Robert G. Wright

Wright, an associate at the firm, focuses his practice on labor and employment law, with an emphasis on single plaintiff and class, collective, and representative action litigation. Wright earned his undergraduate degree from Georgia Southern University and graduated from Mercer University School of Law in the top 3% of his class. He received the Georgia Scholar Award and Faculty Legal Writing Award, as well as earning membership to the William A. Bootle American Inn of Court, the Brainerd Currie Honor Society, Scribes – The American Society of Legal Writers, the National Trial Competition Mock Trial Team and Mercer Law Review.
