ATLANTA, September 24, 2026 – Kabat, Chapman & Ozmer (KCO) is pleased to announce the addition of Lennon Haas to the firm’s Atlanta office as a partner in the Labor and Employment practice group. Lennon will focus his practice on labor and employment litigation and counseling, with a particular focus on complex class, collective, and representative actions.

Lennon has over a decade of experience defending and counseling companies of all sizes on labor and employment issues in state and federal courts and in managing business litigation and ERISA disputes. Prior to joining the firm, he was involved in over 25 complex class, collective, and representative actions involving more than 29,000 employees. He also served as lead appellate counsel on matters involving arbitration, personal jurisdiction and misclassification in the 6th, 9th, 10th and 11th U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals, as well as in California state court. He previously clerked for three different federal judges in the Northern and Southern Districts of Georgia.

“Lennon brings a rare combination of deep courtroom experience and strategic insight to complex labor and employment matters,” said Michael Kabat, KCO’s managing partner. “His track record defending companies in high-stakes class, collective, and representative actions, paired with his appellate experience across the federal circuit courts, gives our clients an added layer of confidence when facing their most challenging workforce disputes. As our Atlanta office continues to grow, Lennon’s judgment, legal acumen and client-first approach make him exactly the kind of partner who strengthens both our bench and our reputation in this space.”

“KCO has built a reputation for tackling the most complex labor and employment challenges with precision and genuine partnership with clients,” said Haas. “I was drawn to the firm’s collaborative culture and its focus on delivering practical, business-minded solutions rather than just legal analysis. I’m looking forward to bringing my experience to help clients both here in Atlanta and nationally navigate an increasingly complex regulatory and litigation landscape.”

Lennon earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia. He earned his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, graduating magna cum laude, where he was on the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law Managing Board, the Lumpkin Inn of Court, the Moot Court Team, and was selected to participate in the Appellate Litigation Clinic.
