LOS ANGELES, July 18, 2025 – Kabat Chapman & Ozmer LLP (KCO) is pleased to announce the addition of Nick Ramirez to the firm’s Los Angeles office as an associate who will be practicing in the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Labor and Employment and White Collar practice groups.
Prior to joining KCO, Ramirez worked at a boutique litigation firm, where he focused on representing companies and individuals in matters including defamation, copyright infringement, state and federal criminal defense, breach of contract matters and defended regional courier service against Fair Employment and Housing Claims, including discrimination, harassment, and constructive termination. Ramirez’s experience includes defending depositions, assisting in negotiations and mediations, and motion practice. He was also a judicial extern for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Ramirez earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He graduated law school cum laude and was on the Dean’s List.
