ATLANTA, April 14, 2026 – Kabat Chapman & Ozmer LLP (KCO) is pleased to announce the addition of associate Danielle Kerem Trest to the firm’s Atlanta office. Trest will focus her practice on employment law and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining KCO, Trest served as a Staff Attorney to Justice Gregory C. Cook on the Supreme Court of Alabama, where she managed a high-volume appellate docket, conducting in-depth legal research and analysis across a wide range of matters, including employment, contract and commercial disputes. Prior to being selected as a Staff Attorney, Trest clerked for Justice Sarah H. Stewart on the Supreme Court of Alabama.
Trest earned her undergraduate degree from Mount Holyoke College, magna cum laude, and her law degree from The University of Alabama School of Law, where she was the recipient of the Howell T. Heflin Scholarship.
