Tracy Caswell

Tracy Caswell has nearly 30 years of experience serving as both in-house general counsel  and outside counsel, where she managed and worked in a variety of practice areas including complex commercial contracts, business negotiations and transactions, employment matters/human resources, litigation, arbitration, mediation, intellectual property, risk and resource management and board governance.

An experienced attorney and accomplished business leader, Tracy utilizes her legal expertise to advise clients such as business owners, boards of directors, executive management, and employees in both public and private company settings. Throughout her career, Tracy has worked in a variety of industries, including, but not limited to, energy management, the SaaS space (point of sale, security services, training software) and the medical device industry.

Prior to joining KCO, Tracy served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at the point-of-sale SaaS company, Revel Systems, Inc. Tracy also served as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at Comverge, Inc. and CPower, both intelligent energy management solutions companies.

Tracy is an organized self-starter and experienced negotiator. Her exceptional interpersonal skills enable her to devise and implement practical solutions to complex problems. Tracy brings both a legal perspective and business sense to her clients. She helps them achieve their business and legal goals in a no-nonsense, practical and efficient manner.
