Allison C. Nelson
Overview
Allison has experience defending clients in a wide variety of matters, including consumer class actions and arbitrations, securities, trade secret, breach of contract, employment, white-collar criminal cases, and wage and hour class actions.
Prior to entering private practice, Allison attended Georgetown University Law Center, where she participated in the D.C. Law Students in Court clinic and served as an Articles Editor for the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law. During law school, Allison externed for the Honorable Robert B. Broadbelt III in Los Angeles Superior Court as well as the Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Fraud Section in Washington, D.C. She also worked as a Research Assistant in the Georgetown Law Library where she performed research for and cite checked professors’ academic articles.

- Defended global tech company in consumer class actions and mass arbitrations and secured favorable settlements for client in same
- Represented individuals convicted of white-collar crimes in Ninth Circuit appeals
- Obtained favorable summary adjudication ruling for client in trade secret matter
